Unable setup a frequency in 128.200 #125

Hello, When I updated VATIS to beta 8, The frequency using 128.200 is automatically change to 128.199 after pressing apply. I tested whole radio range from 118 to 136 with .200 128.200, 129.200, 130.200 also will change to .199 after pressing apply The issue are shown by picture at below
