Tab order in settings dialog is wonky #134

To reproduce:

  1. Open the settings dialog
  2. Put the insertion point in the Your Name field
  3. Press the tab key three times

Result: You're back at Your Name Expected result: Network Rating dropdown has focus

Basically there's no way to keyboard nav through the whole dialog at the moment
