Runway visual range (RVR) is not extracted from METAR

If a runway visual range is given in the METAR like R25R/P2000N no text or voice is generated.

An expected voice extraction would be like RUNWAY VISUAL RANGE RUNWAY 25R MORE THAN 2000 METERS NEUTRAL For the text ATIS the above given METAR text could be used

Additional info:

• R25R: Runway 25 right (possible with C for center or L for left at the end)
• P2000 = RVR above 2000 meters (M0050 instead = RVR below 50 meters - without M or P the actual meters would be given)
• N = neutral (D = downgrading (decreasing) - U = upgrading (increasing))

As additional info. This is the METAR where RVR did not get extracted although set with [RVR] in the preset
