If winds 000@00, it does not show up in ATIS #55

The METAR is WMKK 251430Z 00000KT 9000 FEW010 24/23 Q1011 NOSIG

From the image you can see that it just skips straight to the visibility portion. It does mention winds 000@00 in the voice ATIS, but it omits it completely from the text ATIS

I am on vATIS v4.0.0-beta 2. The formatting [FULL_WX_STRING] is used Following settings are used:
