I'm the facility engineer for the Reykjavik CTA of VATSIM Scandinavia. From recordings we have obtained of the real BIKF (Keflavik Int'l Airport) ATIS, it seems that they state the barometric pressure (QNH) in both hectopascals and inches of mercury. Listen HERE for an example.
However, the usual METAR for BIKF is issued only with hectopascals (as is standard for ICAO/European METARs), e.g.: BIKF 182230Z 11003KT 9999 FEW015 OVC024 11/08 Q1007
Would it be possible to have a feature where vATIS could take a METAR providing QNH in only hPa, and output an ATIS which provides the barometric pressure in both hPa and InHg?
