Mini window doesn't honor the "Keep vATIS window visible" setting #97

To reproduce:

  1. Check the Keep vATIS window visible option in settings, hit Save Settings
  2. Hit the double-arrow button in the top right to go to mini window mode
  3. Put the mini window over top of VRC
  4. Click on VRC

Result: VRC comes forward and you can't see the mini window anymore Expected result: Mini window stays on top

This seems specific to the mini window. If I hit the button to expand vATIS to full size then it does stay on top of other apps such as VRC.

Never mind, this was issue #88
