Anaconda package registry #11

Hi, Would it be possible to add sos-ruby to Anaconda package registry? For example https://conda-forge.org/feedstocks/

It has to be done after iruby. I asked the iruby guys (https://github.com/SciRuby/iruby/issues/235), they have tried (https://github.com/conda-forge/staged-recipes/pull/9380) but stopped due to technical reasons. Perhaps you can help them out?
