I'm trying to install sos into the tljh but I have been unsuccessful for about two weeks not. I cannot come up with a combination nor a sequence to allow a solid and repeatable installation. I have tried both pip and conda methods many times. Would you happen to have any experience performing this install? If so can you offer some insight into this installation?
After the installation i usually get: Magic %get failed because the language module for Python 3 (ipykernel) is not properly installed. Please install it according to language specific instructions on the Running SoS section of the SoS homepage and restart Jupyter server.
Im looking into this and I know its more of a tljh issue. I'll just make sure I keep any notes here as I keep trying. No need for you guys to comment here yet.
