ExAC annotation #16

Hello,

Is variant tools currently capable to annotating variants with ExAC v.0.3.1 frequencies, I only see v.0.2 available. If not, can it be updated to include this newest version?

I have notified the maintainer of this annotation database but he might not be able to update it in the next few days because of a deadline. If ExAC has not updated its file format, it should be as easy as updating the url and version number of the .ann file and run vtools use ExAC-0.3.1.ann --files downloaded.vcf.gz. Is it possible for you to get it working and send us a pull request?
