vtools use keggPathway --linked_by ccdsGene.name

Check if annoDB/keggPathway-20110823.DB.gz is available from the repo and rebuild it if needed.

I see a similar same error. Is this issue being worked on or is there a workaround? Thanks!

Which version of vtools are you using? vtools.houstonbioinformatics.org is now offline so we are no longer using it.
