In /vtools_commands/select.md

vtools use dbNSFP
INFO: Choosing version dbNSFP-hg38_3_5a from 10 available databases.

ERROR: Failed to download anno/dbNSFP-hg38_3_5a.DB.gz because it is not in the variant tools online repository or local stash directories.
