Cycle 2206 - effective 16 JUN

This is a carry over from the old Trello board, where most of this work has already been completed.

Still to do:

[x] Remove Wydale Aerodrome (NZWY)
[x] Ensure NZWY has been removed from website.
[x] Investigate adding NZMF_AWIB/ATIS. Frequency 134.8
