TWR operates the taxiways on Foxtrot and south, SMC takes all else image

Create a map (from vatSys) and add note explaining jurisdiction

Without any local knowledge, assume aircraft should be instructed to taxi A/B/C/D/G and hold short of F. Aircraft should transfer to TWR for further taxi
