Add AIRAC version to the map attribution #1

Before we can replace the screenshots at https://vatpac.org/controllers/airspace/ with the sector map, the sector map needs to show which AIRAC is active.

  1. Parse https://github.com/vatSys/australia-dataset/blob/master/Profile.xml for AIRAC
  2. Show the value in the map attribution string linking to the loaded dataset.
