As of December 2020 (or earlier) completion of a flight (e.g. logout) no longer removes the flight plan but instead re-adds it to prefilings immediately. On JSON v3 format the prefiling update timestamp reflects the time of client logout.

This may cause issues on graph import (duplicated flights, bad reconstructions) and needs to be investigated.
