Description

Update LEZL, LEMG, LEPA, LEST and GCTS for VATSIM Spain.

Motivation and Context

LEZL and LEMG APP sectors has been updated to meet current real sectors. GCTS coordinates has been fixed to show correctly. LEPA callsign has been updated. LEST prefix has been updated.
