add EDGG MIL APP boundaries

Description

Added or updated boundaries for FIR EDGG military approach sectors (ETAD, ETAR, ETHF, ETHN, ETNG, ETNN, and ETSB). Additionally added sector boundaries for missing FIR EDGG civilian approach sectors (EDDR and EDFM).

Motivation and Context

This change will properly display the boundaries of all the aforementioned sectors. Newly added positions (EDDR, EDFM, ETAD, ETAR, ETHF, ETHN, ETNG, and ETSB) were previously displayed with the default circle only; updated position (ETNN) boundary updated to reflect border coordinates as published in German MIL AIP.
