Removing all ENRC prefixes

Motivation and Context

ENRC is a «remote tower» sector we have in Norway, but since this is based on _APP or _DEP logons it does not fit to be included in this repository - there has also been changes in the ENRC coverage since it was included here.

Not sure if I am the contributer list, however all the Norwegian contributes in this repo is from me. If nessecerily I can send an mail from my vatsim-scandinavia.org email account.
