Incorrect affiliation of the aircraft to the departure airport #743

Sometimes it happens that an aircraft located at a USSS airport without a flightplan appears as departing from USSK on the VatSpy map. How could this problem be solved? The distance between USSS and USSK is about 2.5 nautical miles.

Can probably be solved by moving USSK further south.
