The agent installation of updates will fail if a restart is pending. Although the update will be correctly recorded as failed in the result list, the reason for the issue is not explained.

Appears to throw 0x80240016.

Error should now be caught in the wuInstallWrapper function. Fixed in [3ee17bd18e]
