Initialization of Velocity fails in Eclipse Luna #1

As reported in bug #12 Veloedit isn't working with Eclipse Luna (and newer).

This is due to Eclipse bug #396554 (Use of nested velocity library is causing velocity initialization failure resulting in loss of function in m2e and other eclipse.org features).
