[ADD] assign_mx_uuid_to_moves.py: Add server action to assign l10n_mx_edi_cfdi_uuid T#70525

Moves comes with l10n_mx_edi_cfdi_uuid empty because there is no filestore in the migration process, so it is required to apply this code as a server action.

Hi, @luisg123v, please, could you review this PR? in the case of reynera, the search returned 40218 records and the whole server action took 1 minute and 16.26 seconds without any batch.
