MigrateBundle support #516

I currently have a shell script that I call ec2-migrate-bundle to migrate an 
AMI from one region to another.  I see boto supports BundleInstance but there 
does not seem to be an equivalent of ec2-migrate-bundle.

Is it possible to have such support?
