После убийства explorer.exe не восстанавливается иконка #31

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Убиваем explorer.exe
2. Запускаем обратно
3. Иконки программы нет, нужно запускать её 
заново

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Программа должна обнаруживать, что explorer 
перезапустился, и корректно это 
обрабатывать.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.1.9.
