Alter Twitter bridge to allow use of identi.ca? #262

identi.ca installs can use the same API as Twitter, so in theory it should
be possible to use the existing NoseRub twitter bridge code to talk to
identi.ca instead.

Would it be worthwhile allowing the user to set the url to point the
twitter bridge at? I.e. Twitter or an iDentica installation?

I don't see the use in that, as we want NoseRub to be a real laconi.ca 
client/server. So why would someone then 
want to use one laconi.ca instance (NoseRub) to write at another one, eg. 
identi.ca?

NoseRub is now capable of directly interacting with identi.ca:
