Enhance FOAF support : importing FOAF profile + provide explicit FOAF file

As in http://knowee.net/ or elsewhere, noserub could have a "FOAF profile"
type of account in
http://preview.noserub.com/CharlesNepote/settings/accounts/add/
In the user interface, it should be a particular type of account as it can
handle links to other accounts (such as OpenID account, IM accounts...).

And noserub should support also FOAF autodiscovery : see
http://xmlns.com/foaf/spec/#sec-autodesc

On the other hand, noserub should provide :
-- an explicit FOAF profile link (with the nice FOAF logo) (as in
http://identi.ca or elsewhere)
-- and a link for FOAF autodiscovery in each profile
