Generic RSS feed for my network. #296

As per the generic feed for your own stream, have a checkbox activated RSS
feed for your entire network. This would be in the metatags for the page so
that you can subscribe to your entire network.

The plus of this would be that as you add contacts and contacts add/remove
services the feed remains consistent. Rather than now if you generate a
feed manually. That feed becomes redundant when you add a new contact or
they add a new service (iirc).
