Login with OpenID (without registration) can lead to a "limited" account #321

If you login with an OpenID (without going through the registration
process), an account is created which only allows you to favorite/comment
entries. That's a feature.

However, if you follow the same process by mistake (i.e. you want a full
account), then you only get a "limited" account and there is no way for the
user to upgrade this account to a full account.

I don't know how we want to solve this issue, whether we want to solve it
on the design/usability level by preventing users to make this mistake, or
on the code level by offering an upgrade feature.
