New Topic link incorrect URL, NoseRub install in sub directory. #330

1. From http://lancewicks.com/noserub/groups/view/test-group
2. I click on the "New Topic" link (to 
http://lancewicks.com/groups/new_topic/test-group )
3. I see a 404 error page at http://lancewicks.com/groups/new_topic/test-
group

This behavior does not happen on another site where NoseRub is installed 
on root.
1. from http://martialconversations.com/groups/view/judo
2. I click "New Topic" (to 
http://martialconversations.com/groups/new_topic/judo )
3. I see the new topic view
