No services in list #338

Just installed the 0.8.2a version, but I the services list is empty. So there 
are no services I can add to my account.

I uploaded all files again but still no services that I can add, the list is 
empty.

The services should be stored in a cached array in
/app/tmp/cache/models/noserub_services.php

Is this file there and if so, is it empty? You can delete it and let it be 
created again. But maybe the file isn't there, 
as the file-/directory-permissions are not correct?

Directory-permissions was the problem, got it fixed now.
