Allow Full-SSL sites #341

NoseRub currently cannot run on FULL-SSL sites which do not have a non-SSL 
access.

We need another setting for the network (or extend the current SSL-Setting) 
to disable the forced switch back to non-SSL for profiles and other pages 
that make a call to checkUnsecure()
