User Profile form values cleared when changing language #243

Login to PWM, go to the Update Profile section, select a different language on 
the language picker.  This results in the existing values in the profile form 
being blanked out.

Is there any way to retain the field values when the language is changed?  If 
not, may want to restrict where the language can be changed.
