Could you add a function to duplicate AtkParam_NPC items to AtkParam_PC in regulation editor? Thanks! #93

AtkParam_NPC and AtkParam_PC are the same format, so its items should be duplicated to each other. We can use this function to copy Boss skill to player. Thanks!
