Figured these out while testing for my potato pc mod.
Not 100% sure but pretty sure, hence the "?" in the names lol
Also seems like the first LOD Distance entry is the primary LOD the game uses for whatever that row is affecting.
The second LOD distance entry is the secondary LOD the game is changing to when under stress. Could be when you're far away as well.
That's why everyone is experiencing invisible enemies:
Row 11, which is for small enemies and npcs is the only one using 0 as the secondary LOD.
0 = render almost nothing lol, like invisible to barely visible when very close. -1 is render nothing.
The third and fourth Lod Distance entries are for shadows.
And by Lod Distance entries I'm talking about the 4 named ones. Not the Unknown ones.
