Trigger on State Info #51

I'm trying to edit a certain item. I'm confused about what the Trigger on State info is. And what is the value means when the item is triggered?

I am new to Modding, please help me. Thank you.

Many of the parameters for Dark Souls apply to Elden Ring as well. If you still don't get forward in your search, I'd recommend to visit their Discord Server (you'll find the server address on the right under "about").
