Field Adjuster "Row Range Invalid"

I am struggling to format the Field Adjuster to effectively change a single value for every row in a parameter... There doesn't seem to be any documentation on here or in the files of Yapped to indicate how to properly format the Field Adjuster. Any insight into this would be very much appreciated.

You only have to change the value in Row Range. The tooltip is wrong, It is not with a comma between values, you have to use semicolon.
