I am trying to play Elden Ring with "Map For Goblins" and "Swordsmanship Optional Timed Block"

I copied "regulations.bin" from Map For Goblins to ELDEN RING\Game\ModEngine2\mod

I opened "regulations.bin" from "Sworsmanship Optional Timed Block" with Yapped I exported "SpeffectParam.csv" from it

I opened the main "regulations.bin" from ELDEN RING\Game\ModEngine2\mod I tried to import my csv that i exported before.

And it is what it is..
