FB-262 New main menu for documentation & demo #13

In this PR I:

changed visible texts from Documentation to Docs
changed the main menu look
added new links for navigation items
updated the logo
removed the possibility to switch theme to dark
removed the table of contents for intro page
added icon next to the Docs navigation item for mobiles

Any additional change not mentioned in the task description was consulted with @marcinpendziwiatr.
