Follow-up PR to https://github.com/vazco/form-builder/pull/16.

In this PR I:

updated FB description
moved the What is Form Builder content to the intro page
removed the What is Form Builder article
removed the TOC on the into page

All changes were talked through with @marcinpendziwiatr
