Invalid ReadMe references to .tmTheme files #5

The Readme mentions files Dark+.tmTheme and Light+.tmTheme, but there are no .tmTheme files in this repository. Only .sublime-color-scheme files.

https://github.com/vbasky/sublime-vscode-plus/commit/1f844cd406f76ea2d354d1d297a87ea40290f824 seems to have caused this. Is this repo no longer interested in maintaining .tmTheme files?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention will update the README. Sublime text prefers the use of .sublime-color-scheme files
