store info--important dates--not able to delete

manager--quarterly review--not able to update--or update not sticking           

                           everytime we hit "update"
                         --sick leaves(details) should also be present in  
                           the print format
Manager should be able to add a personal/sick day, but not delete it
Manager should be able to see all his reviews and he shouldnt be able to delete 
the contract pdf--basically, the manager should be able to see all of HIS 
info...not anyone else's

When we add a manager as the area manager, his information is being copied into 
all the stores...is this how it is programmed? He basically doesnt want that to 
happen

Employees Section -- increase the character limit on the address field...and 
change the "work phone" column name to cellphone

Current Schedule's cycle should be from monday to sunday

Printing in current schedule should show the store name and on chrome, 1/4 of 
the page was not printed...check the pic that i am abt to send u

Inventory...printing needs the date of the inventory as well

In employees section, salary particulars...remove the check on the amount of 
increase...he never increases the wages in the amount of dollars...it will be 
in cents...5 or 10...currently, we can only enter a minimum of 1 dollar

Inventory--per unit and GS charge will be entered while he creates the 
inventory item...if he has to change the amounts, he is gonna delete the item 
and create it again...right now, entering the price for every item takes a time 
and its price is not gonna change for a long time...so, he doesnt need it 
editable

And what about the password recovery feature? I have seen that not even 
changing the username resets the password for an employee to the default 
one...is it possible to do it this way?

More changes in accounting section...which i will enter tomorrow

new fields in the accounting section are going to be labor, food cost, 
supplies, advertisement,misc,profit...and they all contribute to the total 
sales...now, the pie chart should show a plot of all these against the total 
sales

total operating expenses is click and type...no need for total profits feild

end of year in accounting...option to upload another document here

if possible...an option to print end of year sales...we agreed to do this with 
a screen shot, but he asked if its possible to do it the same way we do current 
schedule

FUTURE PLAN...is to include a new accounting section for all the stores...but 
it is going to be an addon, with extra charge in the future...thought i would 
mention it here to u

Manager cannot update his own reviews...the entire thing should be a read only 
to him...actually, lets make him see only the year end summary thing...there he 
cannot edit anything ryt
