All come from here. Almost all 'easily fixable items' were addressed. https://github.com/vblanco20-1/vulkan-guide/issues/48

Stuff that was not addressed is:

The multi-chapter comments, need a separate PR to redo the map/unmapping of buffers and diffing is a big topic all on its own.
ShaderDrawParameters feature is not enabled, so it spams validation error messages.
Reorganizing the drawing images chapter to not be as confusing.
