Compile the code documentation using sphinx autodoc

[x] run autodoc
[x] there seems to be a bug in readthedocs when calling exec() in main.py, preventing the doc to compile for this file. Find how to bypass that.
[x] arrange the autodoc nicely (obs and meteo first for example)
