Access PanStarrs survey #58

Add the PanStarsr survey to the sky view (currently it uses the SkyView query).

As of today (29/06/18), Skyview cannot query the PanStarrs survey, either find another way or check if it does now that you're in the future.

This is not critical, since DSS does a pretty decent job already. Will keep the issue open, but not assigning it to any milestone at the moment

One thing we could do is use the coordinates of the object and send a query to the PanStarrs web page
