Because of the NC clause, the CC BY-NC-SA license of Portable-VirtualBox isn't an Open Source license nor a Free Software license. Portable-VirtualBox isn't an Open Source Software. Please modify the README.md file.

right! and also clearly state that is not completely -portable-... and is really not possible to have network bridged since 2015 with win 10... :(
