bayes example docstring incorrect

The process_SeismicModels docstring reads the following for the smooth_rad parameter

%          (smooth_rad) half-width of box size in which to average
%                       observations - if this field is not in location,
%                       a default value of 0.5 is assumed [degrees E and N]

but the code errors if not provided.
