improve Gu handling #62

It'd be nice to improve how the unrelaxed modulus is calculated (or set) to allow loading in Gu from other sources (e.g., perplex) with or without temperature and pressure dependence already included. Right now, it's possible but a little hacky and not obvious.

based on discussion in slack, current thought is to add the optional fields, in.elastic.G_TP and in.elastic.K_TP and if those are set, the anharmonic calculation is skipped.
