Certification Level #196

I can't add a certification level to my pdf.

I need add a certification level like CertifiedNoChangesAllowed that make that my pdf can't ve changed, in Adobe Reader I should see in properties of document > security > restriccions. Sign: Not Allowed, Comments: Not Allowed.

@DesFid I'm having a hard time figuring out where in the specs these are flagged. Could you help me out? I was looking at the spec for 1.3. Maybe this is something that popped up in later version? I may have some time to research it later but if you already have the info, please share.

Edit: Could you be referring to section 3.5.2 ?
