Not able to build when using Ionic serve

Hi,

When I try to run ionic serve command, it says

WARN: No gulpfile found! If your app requires a build step, you may want to ensure it runs before serve.

Please let me know how to build it.

What steps are you following to get this app up and running? Have you modified any code?
