What type of PR is this? (check all applicable)
Description
Some endpoints may need route guard so only authorized user can access it. For example, the contact GET endpoint on the API.
This pull request was also made because I accidentally included the contact end point in a commit being merge into the master branch. Once in production I notice a bug that was the encrypted data was not being stored correctly. So this also fixes the issues with contact form
